Hogwarts Legacy's official art book received an updated release date, potentially revealing the game's release date too. Although, an exact date is yet to announce.
Although the debut of the title on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox consoles, is scheduled for the end of 2022, Warner Bros. and Avalanche Software have not yet announced the precise release date of the long-awaited adventure set in the universe of Harry Potter.
Gamers are curious about when we'll be able to return to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and, perhaps, a possible big clue could have come from the official artbook linked to the game.
As reported on Reddit by user ZombieEmergency4391, Amazon UK has set distribution for The Art and Making of Hogwarts Legacy: Exploring the Unwritten Wizarding World on December 6, 2022, replacing the previous placeholder set on December 31.
The artbook date doesn't necessarily mean that Hogwarts Legacy will also hit the market on December 6. However, Reddit user Aromatic-Adagio2121 points out that Gotham Knights, another game produced by Warner Bros., also has a similar artbook situation.
For that title, the game, and the artbook, have been confirmed to release on the same date. Therefore, this fuels the possibility that the action / RPG focused on young wizards could arrive on the same day.
While we wait for Warner Bros. to confirm anything, we should take this information as rumors. Meanwhile, a leak would have revealed the content of the special editions of Hogwarts Legacy, which would be particularly rich in content. According to another rumor, the title may not feature Quidditch, which could disappoint many fans.
