Good news! Obsidian Entertainment has announced the exact release date for the final version of Grounded, their miniature survival game.
The Microsoft exclusive has been two years in early access and even though we have been enjoying every moment of it, the game’s director Adam Brennecke revealed that besides having a concrete release date, the latest early access update, available today, includes a major overhaul of armour systems and improvements.

The fact that Grounded will had its 1.0 version launched in September, was something we knew since last June, however now we know the exact date. This final version will introduce a full campaign, available both solo and co-op, new scenarios, enemies, new armour recipes, and other new features.
We should mention that there is still not confirmed if at the moment you acquire the full version, all items and bases and progress you have in early access will be there or you have to start over.
As you should know, you can get it on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC without paying if you are subscribed to the Xbox Game Pass service.
