New images have emerged from the set of Fallout, Amazon Studios' upcoming TV series. Indeed, thanks to user Shamanomenon, we can admire new set shots that reveal some of the settings of this TV adaptation.
The Vault, from which the protagonist will presumably emerge, is the focus of these images. The most intriguing detail, however, is that we also have the bunker's number, Vault 32, which might be a significant clue about the setting.
In the Fallout canon, all Vaults with numbers ranging from 1 to 50 are located in the western half of the United States. We can exclude some of the most important cities in the eastern half of the United States from the series. We may not see New York, which has been mentioned in previous rumors about the Amazon Studios-signed TV series.
Photos from the show that the production took great care to recreate the game's iconic settings. Many fans were concerned about the first leaked image from the set, but judging by the reactions on Twitter, this new roundup of images has dispelled any doubts. The Vault is meticulously recreated and echoes the distinct design seen in Fallout 4.
We see some corridors, what appears to be a school classroom and a kindergarten in the Vault. It's unclear whether the photo on the outside depicts the Contaminated Zone, which seems to be inside the Vault. The crops have gone rotten, but this could be due to the Vault being inactive for years.
When Bethesda first announced plans to collaborate with Amazon in July 2020, writers and showrunners Joy and Nolan stated that they were ''incredibly excited to partner with Todd Howard and the rest of the brilliant lunatics at Bethesda to bring this massive, subversive, and darkly funny universe to life with Amazon Studios.”
