Netflix and CD Projekt Red have had a fruitful relationship in recent years, with adaptations such as the live-action The Witcher series starring Henry Cavill, which is about to enter its third season, and the live-action mini-series The Witcher Blood Origin, which stars veteran actress Michelle Yeoh as the biggest name in the cast thus far.
On the animation front, The Witcher franchise's Nightmare of the Wolf animated film has been a lonely existence, but that's about to change with the September 13th release of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, which, unlike Vesemir's youthful adventures, will be a series from Studio Trigger rather than a feature-length production.
