Striking Distance debunks rumors of The Callisto Protocol's postponement with a joyful photo taken by devs in Glen Schofield's retinue to herald the completion of the Gold phase: the sci-fi horror is complete. It will be released on December 2nd as planned.

With an image depicting the Striking Distance team and Dead Space's dad, Schofield and co. say they are "thrilled to announce that The Callisto Protocol has entered the Gold phase! On behalf of everyone in our studio, thank you for your support and excitement. We can't wait for you to face the horrors waiting in Black Iron Prison on December 2nd."
The finalization of work on version 1.0 of the horror game coming in early December on PC and PlayStation, and Xbox consoles will be only the first step in the long path laid out by Striking Distance in describing post-launch support for The Callisto Protocol.
