Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 continues to experience planetary success since its early access stages, anticipating the planned launch day of October 28, 2022. In recent hours, due to a large number of active users on Steam, there have been several problems with the early access of the campaign.
Why is the game presenting these problems?
In the last few hours, however, more information has come in about the causes of the recent Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 disruptions, and, as one can imagine, these were procured by the large number of users who tried to simultaneously access the early access of the game's single-player campaign. The game has reached almost 100 thousand simultaneous users on Steam.
The news comes directly from Benji-Sales' Twitter profile, which reports that the title reached a peak of 94-655 players in 24 hours and the same value as one of the highest peaks of all time. This can only be great news for the product created by Infinity Ward and published by Activision on all old- and next-gen platforms.

In case you missed it: Netflix bets on cloud gaming by opening a new studio in California.
Modern Warfare 2 is behind only Black Ops and Modern Warfare 2, the 2009 title of the same name. It should be mentioned, however, that the only way to gain access to the early access of campaign mode is to purchase the game via pre-order, which once again underscores the success enjoyed by the now-upcoming saga.
