Rumors about Atomic Heart's February 2023 release may be confirmed by the Mundfish team very soon: the developers of the ambitious post-apocalyptic shooter are about to release a new trailer that will (hopefully for the last time) set the launch date on PC, consoles, and Game Pass.
What is this game about?
The next Mundfish game will once again raise the curtain on the post-Soviet uchrony sketched by the Russian software house (but which would leave the country after the invasion of Ukraine), allowing us to admire Special Agent P-3 in action against the crazed automatons that haunt a secret installation.
Our mission will be to assist P-3 in determining who or what has caused all of the electronic equipment in the facility to malfunction. As we explore the installation, we will encounter armies of cyborgs and other biomechanical creatures created by local scientists' experiments. We will obtain abilities, equipment, and upgrades during the journey by accomplishing challenges in the main campaign and secondary activities focused on exploring the scientific complex.
In case you missed it: We know once and for all which is the scariest video game in history!
The Atomic Heart trailer will be broadcast by publisher Focus Entertainment and the editorial staff of IGN.com starting at 6 a.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, November 2!
