Since a few weeks ago, Bayonetta fans have enjoyed the latest release, Bayonetta 3. However, many have wondered, what is next for the saga, will there be a next title?
For this, Hideki Kamiya, who is always aware of what the community is talking about the franchise, decided to share the saga's future and practically stated that there will be Bayonetta 4 sooner or later.
KAMIYA REVEALS DETAILS OF BAYONETTA 4 AND THE FUTURE OF THE SAGA
Previously, Kamiya stated that telling the story of the saga would require, on a conceptual level, at least nine games or even more. So gamers are hopeful that there is at least one more installment in the popular franchise.
Kamiya spoke about Bayonetta 4 and stated that "it will be an unexpected development," without mentioning specific details about the game or the creation of the project as such. He only made it clear that there are details he already has in mind and thought about them from the third installment.
"I thought it was nothing unexpected... but the last part of Bayonetta 3 doesn't seem to have been passed on to anyone correctly. I think Bayonetta 4 will be an unexpected development for everyone. After all, when Bayonetta 4 comes out, I'm sure there will be people who say, 'You added it after the fact,' so I'll say it now, "said the developer.
Bayonetta 3 is now available on Nintendo Switch.
