One of the most popular anime in recent years is Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan). Although the manga has already ended, the last part of the animated story remains to be seen at the beginning of next year.
Despite the incredible popularity of Shingeki's story, many fans were upset with the ending of the manga; it has created so much controversy among the fandom that even Hajime Isayama, the creator of Shingeki no Kyojin, decided to take a moment in a speech to apologize to everyone for the ending.
Not achieving the creator's expectation of satisfying the entire fandom by the end of the series torments him.
Isayama participated in the Anime NYC event held in New York, United States, where he was asked if he knew how the manga would end from the beginning. At that moment, he showed his feelings about the controversial ending and apologized to the fans.
"The ending still haunts me at this point; I'm so sorry about that," said the Japanese.

The Attack on Titan manga began publication in 2009 through Weekly Shonen Magazine, while its ending was shared in April 2021 and caused quite a stir among fans considering that it had many "plot holes."
We remind you that fans are still waiting to find out when the final chapters of the fourth and final season of the anime will be released, which is expected sometime in 2023.
