While waiting for the launch of VALORANT on smartphones, Riot Games seems to be working on bringing its FPS to consoles. When fans asked when will the title arrive on Xbox and PlayStation, there was no answer, but the company has indirectly confirmed that it is working on such versions.
Is the Game coming to consoles?
Just yesterday, Riot Games released job ads regarding two very particular positions: "Game Design Manager" and "Senior Game Designer," but in both cases, specifically for consoles. The description of the two roles already points out some commonalities that remove all doubt from tipsters and fans: Riot wants you to "work as a team to develop a vision of combat in VALORANT on consoles."
For that reason, it is natural to confirm that VALORANT for Xbox and PlayStation is officially in the works, most likely including cross-play to allow anyone to enjoy the Game's experience regardless of the platform used.

In the case of Microsoft's home console, we already know that Riot Games will bring its titles to Game Pass with important benefits for all players; for Sony's console, however, VALORANT will most likely come with PS Plus.
