Just weeks after the unveiling of Diablo Immortal Season 7, Blizzard's free-to-play title is preparing to welcome the new content included with Terror's Tide. With the video diary found below, the software house unveiled the new update coming for Diablo Immortal.
What's new in season 8?
The update will include the new Stormpoint area, a remote island long exploited by Westmarch as a clandestine prison. In its depths, players will find waiting for them the largest fragment of World Stone ever seen until now.
Of course, getting hold of them will not be easy since Blizzard has decided to introduce the beauty of five new bosses in Diablo Immortal. The group of Hell's lieutenants includes at its core: Ophinneb, "the Skin Veiled," Dymdrail "Creeping Trouble," Catarag, " the Sun Strangler," Apothrus, "Tamer of the Fallen," and Phangwrth, "Blood of Heat." Players looking for a demanding challenge will also be pleased to learn that the team is working to introduce Difficulty Inferno VI, VII and VIII into the game.

In case you missed it: Riot Games announces late 2022 charity voting campaign.
Finally, five new Legendary Gems are introduced with the new Diablo Immortal patch, complete with the Season Eight Battle Pass: The Hidden Sun launch. So space is also made for many winter-themed cosmetic items.
