This last week… or month has had Death Stranding all over the news, so far we had the announcement of a possible movie, the frenzy that it provoked after it was free on the Epic Games Store and the announcement of Death Stranding 2, the latter had fans trying to guess when we will see the finished product, well, probably we already know…
In case you missed it: Death Stranding 2: new poster to celebrate Kojima Productions anniversary!
Recently Senior Character Artist Frank Aliberti updated his Art Station profile and may accidentally revealed the release window for Death Stranding 2.
As with every other professional, he added his most recent work to his portfolio which clearly draw the attention of every fan on the web. He must have noticed the unusually heavy traffic to his page that he ended up deleting everything DS2-related.
Oh, Frank…
Fortunately for us, people at Resetera got to screenshot the portfolio where we can read “Death Stranding 2 (working title) - Senior Artist for PlayStation Studios Visual Arts, 2024”
Don’t believe us? Here it is:
Now we know that we will have to wait 2 years to see the sequel of the latest creation of Hideo Kojima. Obviously, neither he nor Sony nor Aliberti have pronounced themselves about it.
Something that also caught our attention is the game below Death Stranding, it reads “Upcoming First Person Shooter” also dated 2024 which users think is most likely engaged in Firewalk Studios, which concluded an exclusive agreement with Sony Interactive Entertainment in 2021 to release its first AAA-class multiplayer game under its wing.
Well, we need to take into account that games tend to be delayed so, take this information with a grain of salt, we have two years ahead of us to check if this was correct!
