During the summer of this year, just a few weeks before E3 2022, the first rumors related to the possible existence of Monster Hunter: Paradise surfaced on the net.
According to the rumor, the latter would represent the actual title/code name of the spiritual heir to the acclaimed Monster Hunter: World. At the moment, however, neither confirmation nor denial has come from Capcom on the matter, with the fate of the video game series still shrouded in mystery.
Will the title be announced next year?
Offering hope to those who have already consumed every installment in the series, however, now comes a curious teaser. Interviewed by the editorial staff of Famitsu ahead of the advent of the new year, Ryozo Tsujimoto — Capcom's producer in charge of the Monster Hunter series — has confessed that he is looking forward to the Tokyo Game Show 2023.
Eager to explain, the interviewee did not offer further details or explain the reasons for his impatience. Predictably, however, it did not take long for the community to link the statement back to last summer's rumors, going so far as to speculate on the announcement of the next Monter Hunter on stage at the Tokyo Game Show 2023.
In case you missed it: GTA 6, Tom Henderson is convinced: Rockstar will unveil it in 2023.
The possibility is not to be ruled out at the moment, but to know more will have to wait. Punctuating the wait will be the release of Monster Hunter: Rise on Xbox Game Pass, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X(S.
