Super Mario Bros. The Movie is getting closer and closer and the rumors around it continue. A few months ago, a clue was released that could inform us about the length of the feature film. Now, another site has just shared a new piece of information that would confirm that the Nintendo production will last a little more than 1 hour and a half.
As you probably know, opinions were divided in the community when the official site of Mexican movie chain Cinépolis assured that Super Mario Bros. The Movie would last 85 minutes, something that did not go down very well with gamers. However, the well-known site The Movie Database updated the movie section and is stating that Illumination Pictures' work will last 92 minutes, that is, 1 hour and 32 minutes.
As we could see, this new information hints that The Super Mario Bros. Movie will have a slightly longer duration than what Cinépolis keeps showing on its website. You can see what The Movie Database showcases on its page below:

Of course, the official data regarding the duration is not yet shared, so we'd better stay tuned until Nintendo can clarify all doubts on this matter. In the meantime, we remind you that The Super Mario Bros. Movie will be released in movie theaters on April 7.
