Nintendo continues to hype the upcoming release of The Super Mario Bros. Movie. There is good news for all gamers awaiting its debut, as the company has just confirmed a new Direct focused on the film.
Fans of the franchise can now mark their calendars, as Nintendo has confirmed all the details of its upcoming presentation. So below we share them with you so you don't miss the new trailer of the movie that promises a surprise or two.

WHEN WILL THE NINTENDO DIRECT OF THE MOVIE BE HELD?
Nintendo announced the event well in advance, as the Direct will take place early next month. The transmission will be on March 9 at 2:00 p.m. PT. It will be available on Nintendo's YouTube channel.
The company confirmed that it will present the last trailer of The Super Mario Bros. Movie prior to its premiere. The announcement was accompanied by an image where we see Mario, Peach, Donkey Kong, and more characters on go-karts racing along the Rainbow Road.
It is very important to note that Direct will only focus on the movie. For this reason, there will be no game-related announcements. However, we will probably see some special guests as in previous presentations about the movie.

This new Nintendo Direct will be happening just one day before Mario Day (March 10) so we can expect that this event in addition to the final trailer may show special content related to the movie. A small prediction would be that there will be new exclusive merchandise announced at the time of the movie's release. For now, it's best to wait for the Nintendo Direct to find out.
