LEGO is a huge brand that has yet to be as exploited as it could have been in video games for a while, but that's about to change. We say this since the rumored LEGO racing game that 2K Games is preparing has just been confirmed.
Through social networks, LEGO announced that it is preparing a new racing game. The company showed a teaser trailer that doesn't tell us much about the game except that it will involve LEGO cars and figures.
In the end, the trailer reveals that the new LEGO racing game will be revealed on March 23. Thus, it is a matter of days before we have all the details about this project that will excite fans of LEGO Racers.

THE RETURN OF LEGO RACERS?
As mentioned, this will surely make LEGO Racers fans happy and excited. However, you should not expect that.
Warning: spoilers for the reveal of the new LEGO game
According to a Reddit leak, the new LEGO and 2K Games game will be LEGO 2K Drive. This is a LEGO racing game with races between 2 and 5 minutes. What's interesting is that there will be multiple types of terrain and vehicles that will transform mid-race.
On the other hand, there will also be objects that you can use to attack enemies or get advantages, in true Mario Kart style. Thus, it is shaping to be an interesting alternative in the kart genre.
