Assassin's Creed is an iconic franchise, and while it has had better years, the community remains excited about what Ubisoft is cooking up for its future. Unfortunately, it seems that the new installment in the franchise is in trouble.
According to information from Tom Henderson, one of the most reliable journalists in the industry, Ubisoft has made the decision to internally delay several projects related to Assassin's Creed. These include Assassin's Creed Mirage and Assassin's Creed Nexus, the new VR game in the franchise.
According to Henderson, this means that Assassin's Creed Mirage will not arrive in August, and we will have to wait until October to play it. On the other hand, Assassin's Creed Nexus has been delayed for "a couple of months."
It should be mentioned that, although the information comes from a good source, the reality is that Ubisoft has not confirmed it. Therefore, we recommend taking it with a grain of salt. We will keep you posted and inform you when we know more about it.
And you, do you think this is good or bad news? Let us know in the comments.
