Assassin's Creed has changed a lot in recent years, and fans want it to return to its roots. That will happen soon with Assassin's Creed: Mirage, a game that was revealed last year and whose release date has already been leaked.
The thing is, different Japanese stores have already released the pre-sale of Assassin's Creed: Mirage (via Gematsu). In doing so, they revealed that it will be available from October 12, 2023 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC.
Now, it is normal for stores to publish wrong dates by mistake, so why do we believe that this time it is a legitimate leak? Mainly because the date appeared in several stores and it seems unlikely that all of them made the same mistake in the same time window.
Among the stores that indicate that Assassin's Creed: Mirage will debut on October 12 are retailers such as Amazon, Yodobashi, and Bic Camera. As you can see, these are very important stores, which gives credibility to the leak.
So far, Ubisoft has not made any comments on the matter. We will keep you posted and inform you when we know more about it. We remind you that it is most likely that the release date of Assassin's Creed: Mirage will be confirmed at the Ubisoft Forward event that will take place in June.
