Spider-Man is one of the most iconic superheroes in the world. Sony owns the cinematic rights and plans to take advantage of them as much as possible. That's why they're already preparing more projects for their Spider-Verse, including a live-action Miles Morales movie.
According to Variety, Amy Pascal, producer of the Spider-Verse, revealed that Sony is already working on new Spider projects. One of them is a live-action film starring Miles Morales. The other is an animated Spider-Woman movie.
At the moment, little else is known about these projects. It is unclear whether the Miles Morales film will share a universe with other Sony films or if it will be part of the MCU. It is also unclear whether it will be the same Miles Morales from Across the Spider-Verse.
On the other hand, we also don't know exactly what their plans are with Spider-Woman. So it's a mystery which version of the character we'll see on the big screen in animated form.
