The best announcement of Ubisoft Forward 2023 was undoubtedly Star Wars Outlaws, which introduced three characters who will lead the adventure. The protagonist will be Kay Vess, but curiously, the character that stole the spotlight was the android.
The internet has shown us that it doesn't matter if the characters aren't human; there will always be fans who find something attractive. Robots have a human-like appearance, so humans can easily get attached to them.
Examples include Bowsette, Ganondorf, Lady Dimitrescu, and the Twins from Atomic Heart. Like these, ND-5 from Star Wars Outlaws is an android or robot with a human-like form.
ND-5 is a BX-series command droid from Star Wars, but the peculiarity of this one is that it is the hottest version of these robots that the science fiction franchise has conceived.
The reasons are simple; not only does its appearance ooze virility thanks to a coat that the project managers placed precisely on the android to give volume to its body (especially the upper half), which would otherwise be thin, but also the back-waist proportion and its 1.9 meters height, the abdominal shape it exhibits, and the prominently deep voice make ND-5 look undeniably attractive.
All of this is not the writer's invention; it is what the online community has expressed after the announcement of Star Wars Outlaws.
"I'm sorry, but I think the developers sat down and decided to make a sexy droid, there's no other explanation," said a fan clearly convinced of Ubisoft's and Lucasfilm Games' intention.

There was such a stir that the official Star Wars Twitter account noticed and asked what was going on. "They made a hot command droid, that's all," replied a fan.

Other users were also excited about the gameplay possibilities that the android can offer, as well as its potential as the best copilot if given a voice-copying ability at some point.
every Star Wars game of the last decade went out of their way to make the droid companions all cute and tiny and Ubisoft went “what if we made him really hot” https://t.co/lPDjPMSEvi
