The One Piece live-action series is just a couple of weeks away, and all the actors involved in the project are still in their promotional campaign. One of them is Iñaki Godoy, who will bring Monkey D. Luffy to life, and he has just revealed his favorite franchises.
As you likely remember, this Netflix series will premiere on August 31st, offering a promising adaptation of Eiichiro Oda's manga and anime. The community is eagerly waiting to see if it lives up to the expectations.
While that happens, Iñaki Godoy took part in Netflix's "Growing Up Geeked", where he shared his passion for video games and confirmed that he loves Super Mario Bros. and The Legend of Zelda.

"I love Mario Bros, and Zelda, and growing up, those were, like, my 2 heroes, Link and Mario”, the actor said.
As you could see, the Mexican actor didn't miss the chance to share that these 2 Nintendo franchises are his favorites. Furthermore, he wanted to add his preferred title:
"Mario Galaxy is, like, one of the best pieces of art ever created."
If that weren't enough, Iñaki Godoy added that he likes video games because they're a way to explore different worlds and allow for the use of imagination. He even considers that they helped him become an actor.
