Sony and AMD already working on PlayStation 6
Youtuber Moore's Law is Dead recently talked about Sony's upcoming hardware. He revealed that the Japanese company reportedly already signed a deal with AMD to develop the main chip for PlayStation 6, its next-generation console.
This should come as no surprise, as the companies have previously worked on technology for other consoles. Unfortunately, the report does not reveal technical details of the system, so its potential is still a mystery.
On the other hand, it is not known if the chip for the next console is already in active development. That said, one can only speculate about the features and release date of PlayStation 6. Earlier reports claimed that the system will feature technology to offer photorealistic gaming.
