The Xbox Game Pass catalog continues to be refreshed with attractive new additions for subscribers. Starting today, users can enjoy a title that failed in sales and divided community opinion at its launch. Additionally, there's a surprise for fans of World War I shooters.
The Callisto Protocol is now available on Xbox Game Pass
It's no secret that The Callisto Protocol had high expectations with its horror and action concept inspired by Dead Space. However, the game from Striking Distance Studios and Glen Schofield did not meet everyone's expectations and was a commercial failure.
Some players didn't hesitate to give it a chance when it arrived on PlayStation Plus late last year. Starting today, Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass subscribers can also check it out at no additional cost.
Moreover, the game can be enjoyed from the cloud via Xbox Cloud Gaming with an Ultimate subscription. The other new addition today is Isonzo, a first-person shooter developed by M2H and Blackmill Games that debuted in 2022.
It is part of a series of games set in World War I, which also includes Verdun and Tannenberg. This FPS takes players to the Italian front, specifically to the Battle of Isonzo, a series of 12 battles fought between the Kingdom of Italy and the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
This war-themed game is also available for Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, and the cloud. The services will receive Still Wakes the Deep on June 18, the last confirmed game for the first half of the month.
