Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem, the latest animated movie in the saga, was well received and will have a sequel. Additionally, a game based on its story is on the way and will debut this year. The game is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed, developed by aheartfulofgames and Outright Games for consoles and PC.
The studios shared good news about the project this morning, as they confirmed its release date and price. They also revealed that the voice actors from the animated movie will reprise their roles in the action title.
When will Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed debut?
Fans of Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello will still have to wait a few months to get their hands on Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed. The title will be available on October 18 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC (Steam).
This release will be offered for $39.99 USD on all platforms. As mentioned, the game will be based on the latest animated movie from Paramount Pictures, so the Ninja Turtles will have to face dangerous enemies throughout New York City.
The action title will feature a skill tree for each character and a dynamic and fun combat system. The actors Nicolas Cantu, Brady Noon, Micah Abbe, and Shamon Brown Jr., who brought the protagonists to life in the film, will also participate in the game.
