Just like in other subscription services, the content rotation is constant on Xbox Game Pass. Unfortunately, Microsoft's platform will soon lose several independent titles that were acclaimed for their original proposals. So, it's better to give them a look before it's too late.
These games have their days numbered on Xbox Game Pass
The first game on the list is Venba, an independent game by Visai Games. The title was acclaimed for its attractive visual presentation and its narrative, which tells the story of a woman from India who emigrates to Canada and strives to keep her cultural roots intact.
To do so, she resorts to cooking and traditional food from her country. Venba challenges players to prepare various recipes and enjoy an emotional story that explores themes such as identity, belonging, and the importance of family.
Another game that has its days numbered is A Short Hike, a game by Adam Robinson-Yu. It is an exploration and adventure title where players control Claire, a curious bird who visits Hawk Peak with a very clear goal.
The challenge is to take the character to the top of a mountain, find rewards, interact with characters, and, of course, enjoy the journey. The title was designed to be a calm and relaxing experience for players, so it has many fans.
Finally, there's Train Sim World 4, which, as its name suggests, is a train simulator. The game by Dovetail Games is based on realism, so it is the perfect game for lovers of these vehicles and journeys. These three titles will leave Xbox Game Pass, PC Game Pass, and Xbox Cloud Gaming on July 31st.
